Well Inspections are performed on both the well and the pressure tank assembly. The inspector must be able to access the pressure tank assembly. We ensure that the well and pressure tank assembly are code compliant and functioning at the time of inspection, and water samples may be taken at that time. Bacteria and nitrate samples are commonly tested for, however we are able to test for a variety of things.
Most inspection reports take about 3-5 days to process through our office, though some water tests can take up to 10 days. Contact us for your inspection today!
